50 grams of raw meat (beef, steak, chicken, shrimp)
Handful of fresh spinach (or 1/3 package of frozen spinach)
Cook meat in a skillet and season with preferred spices. Remove meat from pan and place spinach in same skillet to cook. Remove extra moisture from pan (paper towels pressed in pan can pick up extra liquid). Add meat back into skillet with spinach. Wisk 1 whole egg and 1 egg white in a bowl and add to skillet. Cook mixture.
Serve hot or cold! Hot sauce is great on this!
